  • First log into the Office 365 portal. You can go to and click on “staff portal” then click on the webmail link under quicklinks on the right side.
  • You will be prompted to login unless you have previously saved your credentials. Login with your username and password.
  • Click on the menu icon in the top left corner and select “Sites”.
  • Click on the “South Hart Shared Calendar” link. This will take you directly to the calendar.
  • Click on the calendar tab at the top of the page.
  • Click on the “Connect to Outlook” button. You will be prompted a couple of times to allow the connection.
